The phone line is available 24 hours a day. 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We operate as normal over bank holidays, Christmas and New Year.
This phone is with us at all times but we may be speaking to someone or unable to answer it immediately. If you are unable to get through, please leave a voice mail message and we will call you back, usually within 20 minutes.
Please only call us after 9pm unless it is to report wild animals in trouble or you require emergency advice. Do not text or inbox the page via our Facebook page to report wildlife casualties as we don't always see them.
Location
We are based in Burton on Trent, with the sanctuary being in Etwall, Derby. We take animals from anywhere if brought to us but our coverage area for collections is within 25 miles. We may travel further for emergency situations. Collections are not always available as we are subject to time constraints.
If we need to collect an animal or If you are leaving an amimal with us please consider leaving a small donation.
